This lovely bracelet is made from two rows of freshwater button pearls in the natural colors of; white, peach and plum colors. These bracelets are elastic and therefore will fit wrists between 6.5 and 8 inches in circumference. This bracelet comes in three versions depending on the preferred pearl size. DIONNE-M is made from button pearls 7-7.5mm in diameter suitable for any sized woman. On wrists smaller than 6.5 inches the bracelet will fit loosely and may shift around. On wrists larger than 8 inches the bracelet may begin looking overly stretched.
Without any doubt; cultured freshwater pearls represent the best bargain in pearls today. They are mostly produced in China where the techniques of their cultivation has been refined significantly over the past several years resulting in pearls of extraordinary quality and beauty. However, for the time being, the quality of these beauties has not been reflected in the price. Ironically, freshwater pearls, unlike their more expensive saltwater cousins, are composed of 100% nacre and do not have any implanted bead nucleus.
