This is a really wonderful bracelet of mixed natural colors and random sized freshwater pearls. The strand is double strung with silk thread and knotted between pearls for security and to reduce wear. The bracelet contains 17 pearls 9 of which are larger than 10mm. The clasp is a sterling silver toggle clasp.
This is an interesting era for freshwater pearls, the quality of many freshwater pearls is comparable to the finest saltwater pearls yet the prices haven’t caught up yet.
