• The processing of certain international orders may be
delayed by up to one day due to additional credit card verification

• Clearance of your purchase through customs in your country
may delay the delivery of the shipment depending on the efficiency of customs in
your country. A delay of 3-4 days is not uncommon.
• In most cases
customs clearance is facilitated by FedEx. If you wish to provide us with
your FedEx account number for billing this will speed the delivery
process. Final responsibility for the clearance of goods through
customs rests with the buyer.
• Any customs duty or other taxes
that may be due are the responsibility of the buyer.
• In some cases the
type of shipping service you select may not be available in your area. In
such cases Mermaid Pearls reserves the right to select an alternative method of
shipment that will provide a similar delivery time.
